Top Real Estate Agent, Michael Price, offers a unique way to market properties by creating videos that sell a "lifestyle" for a particular property. "The videos are used as a way to portray the kind of wonderful life you can live in the home and surrounding areas," says Michael.
When asked what inspired him to start marketing properties in this way, he says that he had seen it being done in America. "Everytime I watched one of the lifestyle videos it really inspired me to do the same here. The videos captivated me and if it could do that to me then it can definitely do it for anyone looking to buy a home," he says.
Creating one of these lifestyle videos takes days of planning, creativity and getting the ideas on to paper. Once the idea has been cemented, Michael discusses it with his videographer to establish what can and cannot be done, as well as what the look-and-feel of the video will be.
"A shoot can take up to about 6 hours to do and obviously we have to choose a beautiful day so the dates need to be flexible," says Michael. After the footage has been captured it takes about a week to produce the final video.
When asked why people should make use of these videos when marketing their properties, Michael says, "it assists in selling a property by letting a possible buyer envision the kind of wonderful life they can live in that particular property, especially when we portray a family's special moments at the property and the surrounding areas. We also showcase the variety of fun activities and amenities the home has to offer."
