Home and Hectare Real Estate is a real estate agency born two years ago out of the shared values from agri-giant the BKB Group, who sought to diversify their property business by offering residential and commercial properties as well as agricultural.
Traditionally the property division of the BKB Group operated under the name BKB Properties. As part of the process, the BKB Group acquired the Port Elizabeth based real estate agency KG Property Solutions (headed by Rubé Geyer) which was also integrated into the Home and Hectare brand.
Home and Hectare ended 2019 on a high note with good sales figures and an excellent success rate.

Piketberg farm of 2684 hectares for R25 200 000.

Paarl smallholding of 4,9581 hectares for R11 235 000.
Vacant plot of 586 m2 in Onrus River for R5 082 000.
Hopefield farm of 461 hectares for R8 006 250.
Sonkwasdrif farm, Riebeek-Kasteel for R13 million.
